Force Majeure Operations (Uncontrollable Variables)
If a trek route execution is abandoned or blocked due to severe weather flashpoints, Sahyadri landslides, forest department flash-bans, or administrative restrictions, Yugandhar Adventures will issue a 100% credit token voucher. This voucher can be redeemed against any future scheduled adventure camp or weekend mountain expedition timeline within 1 year from issuance.
Safety Disclaimer & Voluntary Assumption of Risk
Trekking and adventure events within the Sahyadri mountains contain elements of natural risk, including rugged paths, altitude exposure, changing weather environments, and wildlife parameters.
By registering an active membership tracking credential profile and executing a checkout reservation with Yugandhar Adventures, you explicitly confirm that:
- You are voluntarily undertaking the outdoor expedition layout path.
- You have declared your accurate medical logs honestly without concealing past illnesses or complications.
- You absolve the organizing staff, crew members, and trail leaders of liability regarding unintended injuries or natural accidents on rugged paths.
